What's up with the shoes?

Finally, a star that actually wants to do for his fans. Stephon's shoes, Starbury Ones, are only $15, and it's specifically so underpriveleged kids can get a chance to wear them. Compared to the up to $180 Air Jordans that people were killing for (literally), this should be an interesting test to see what really sells the shoes...the rep or the price.
They're just as good as the over-priced shoes, but they're not selling as well, my guess is because everyone knows they only cost $15?
I hope this will turn the trend around, but who knows, even though they're made of the same materials, I'll bet kids still don't wear them. Unless other stars start doing the same, but time will tell.
